PRICES
Rental periods normally run from Saturday to Saturday (we may be able to help if another start day is preferred) and the house will be available from 16.00 hours on the day of arrival. Guests should depart, leaving the house clean and tidy, by 10.00 hours on the day of departure.
Even with two, three or four guests 'Terrieres' remains inexpensive as our prices are set to cover simply the running costs of the house and include bed linen, electricity, water and gas. Towels are not normally provided. Electricity for heating is included whilst logs for the woodburning stove can, of course, be provided but at extra cost.

The seasonal rental periods for 2012 are weeks COMMENCING;
HIGH £440 pw - Saturday 7th July to Saturday 25th August.
MEDIUM £330 pw - Saturday 26th May to Saturday 30th June and
- Saturday 1st Sept. to Saturday 22nd Sept.
LOW £240 pw - Saturday 3rd March to Saturday 19th May and
- Saturday 30th Sept. to Saturday 27th October.

1. Please check that the dates you require are available on the availability calendar
2. Contact us by email or the telephone number below.
3. A Booking Form will then be sent to you for completion.
4. Return the form with a deposit of 25% to secure the booking.
5. Final confirmation and an invoice will then be returned to you.
6. The balance will be due eight weeks before arrival.

All payments should be made in £sterling cheques drawn on ordinary British banks or a GBP draft if paying from a bank outside the UK. The final invoice will include an amount of £100 deposit for each week booked against breakage or damage. We ask for this to be in a separate cheque as this will not be cashed but returned on satisfactory completion of your stay.
